Anthony LiottaStation Manager Welcome and thank you for stopping by. I have worked in the railroad industry since 2007 and I am currently a Manager of Training, Rules, and Safety with Montana Rail Link. I have worked for Caltrain, a passanger railroad in San Jose, CA and Union Pacific in Roseville, CA and Spark, NV as an Engineer, Conductor and Manager. After graduating High School, I planned to attend flight school and travel the globe with the airlines. Little did I know I would travel the globe, but not in the way I had thought.
The attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 was described as my generations Pearl Harbor. As the young men did on December 7, 1941, I enlisted in the US Navy as soon as I could. I served aboard the USS George Washington (CVN-73) as an Aviation Ordnance Tech and did 2 deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Southern Watch and Iraqi Freedom. I recieved my Honorable Discharge in 2006 and enlisted in the Army National Guard in 2007. I served 6 more years as Military Police, weapons instructor and range operator.
